As a painter I have had a longing to paint scenes from places I traveled like Winslow Homer. His many water colors of the Caribbean have inspired me to create in the same vein as he. I had that opportunity when on a family vacation we traveled to Bermuda. One morning while staying near the historic town of Saint George I sat myself down on the cobble street and quickly painted Princess Street. What a wonder time that was for me on that summer day.
